Baby Department

This department is bright and spacious with lots for the children to see and do.  We have low level dividers in place that split the room into two groups, an area for the 0 to 1 years and an area for the 1 to 2 years so that staff can meet all the essential physical and emotional needs to each and every baby.   

At Jack and Jill’s Elite Nursery we believe good communication between all staff and parents is essential and ensures that your baby receives the highest quality care.  Our staff understands and recognise that a child’s earliest years are vital in the learning process so they are able to reach their full potential. 

This department provides your baby with a safe, secure and relaxed environment in which they can explore and begin to understand the world around them.  We have a specially adapted curriculum in place within this department and our staff will support and provide a wide range of activities on a daily basis including arts and crafts, sand and water, stories, music and movement and lots of outdoor time in their own garden built specifically with age related toys to suit their needs.

Parent are required to supply: 

• Their child’s daily routine (if in place)

•  Nappies, wipes and any creams

• Bottles of milk (already prepared)

• Soothers, dummies, blankets, favourite toy

• Plenty of spare clothing
