Cherie's role is to care of the business and administration side of the nursery. This will let the Manager concentrate the day care of the children and staff. All staff are carefully selected and undergo reference and qualification checks and checked by Disclosure Scotland. The nursery nurses have been carefully chosen not only for their qualifications and experience but also for their warm and caring nature and enthusiasm and dedication for providing a high standard of care to the children which makes Jack & Jill’s ELITE. For the few Nursery Assistants who are not fully qualified they will receive their relevant training which is provided by an accredited company and with support from all staff.
